Licensed Developmental Psychologist Dr. Singh is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in toddler and young child development. Dr. Singh provides passionate, practical, strengths and evidenced-based psychological treatment to children in the Northern VA and DC area. She believes collaboration with family, caretakers, teachers and other providers is the best way to understand a child.
