Insurance coverage can differ based on individual plans. To ensure that Dr. Pham is in-network with your insurance, please contact your insurance company.
- We can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Please call the office for more information, including details on out-of-pocket costs.
- We are a Tricare certified provider, and can provide Tricare patients with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
- Concierge membership payments are not billable to insurance but may be covered by an HSA or FSA card.

| Developmental Consultation | A developmental consultation is a deep dive into previous and current developmental functioning. This allows Dr. Singh to hear your child's progress over time and help determine services needed. | Developmental Evaluation | In a developmental evaluation, Dr. Singh seeks to create a fully realized portrait of your child and their development. Parent measures or observation at school can help to provide background on a child prior to two ninety minute in-person evaluations with Dr. Singh at our office in Vienna, VA. The first appointment is the Bayley Scales, a comprehensive evaluation of a child's development. The second evaluation is the ADOS-II, a diagnostic assessment for autism. After getting to know each child fully, and performing her evaluations, Dr. Singh provides families with resources, recommendations, and a report of her findings. She concludes her evaluation with a one hour virtual feedback session with parents. |

| Parenting Support | Dr. Singh provides parenting support with or without their child present. Dr. Singh will provide specific guidance to your family with tailored suggestions for what to focus on at home.
